My mom started making this soup over 20 years ago for my brother’s first high school football banquet! I was a pretty picky eater and didn’t appreciate it then, but I’m a fan now! World’s easiest recipe below!

Ingredients
1 pound of ground beef
Garlic powder
Onion powder
1 can of light kidney beans
1 can of red beans
1 can of pinto beans
1 can of corn
2 cans of crushed tomatoes
Creole seasoning
1 package of taco seasoning
1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Seasoning
Fritos scoops or Tostitos scoops
Directions
1. Brown the hamburger meat. Season with garlic and onion powders.
2. In the same pot, add all other ingredients. Reserve some of the liquid in the cans of beans in case it’s needed later. My mom says it’s easier to thin it down than it is to try to thicken it back up!
3. Let simmer and cook for 1-2 hours, checking on it every so often. If it becomes too thick for your liking, add some of the liquid from the cans set aside.
Enjoy with Fritos or Tostitos! Bonus: This is a one pot meal, so enjoy easy cleanup!
