My brother Jared does not have a sweet tooth like me. So when Reese and I were at his house meeting his new puppy and he would only part with two of these (one for each of us) I knew they HAD to be amazing! His neighbor Carey brought him a batch of Peanut Butter Balls for the holiday and was kind enough to share the recipe with e so that I could make them and share with you all. I’ so grateful for this life-changing recipe!

Ingredients
2 sticks of softened butter
18 oz or 2 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
1 box of powdered sugar
3 cups of Rice Krispies cereal
2 regular Hershey’s bars
1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 a bar of paraffin wax (I found this at Wal-Mart- It’s used for canning and the box will last you a while!)
Directions
1. Mix the first four ingredients, then form into balls. Ours were a bit bigger than golf balls.
2. Refrigerate balls for 20-30 minutes.
3. In a small pot on the stove, melt Hershey’s bars, chocolate chips, and paraffin wax.
4. Pour chocolate over balls, then refrigerate.
This recipe made just over two dozen peanut butter balls for us, but could yield more if you made them smaller! Happy New Year and good luck trying to make them last at your house!
